<p><strong>About</strong></p> <p>Known worldwide for groundbreaking work in stroke, aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation, The Center for Neurovascular Disease at The Neuroscience Institute is leading the advance in treatment and research for disorders of the brain and spinal cord and their vital blood supply.</p> <p>Together with the<a href="http://www.emermed.uc.edu/stroketeam/" target="_blank"> Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Stroke Team</a>, The Center for Neurovascular Disease at The Neuroscience Institute provides a comprehensive center for stroke prevention, treatment and research of transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), intracerebral hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, intracranial aneurysm, and arteriovenous malformations-especially those complex malformations that require a multidisciplinary approach. Our internationally renowned faculty is also involved in <a href="research.htm" target="_top">stroke and other clinical research</a>, <a href="../../../../patient/stroke/aftercare.htm">stroke education</a> and <a href="../cme.htm">continuing education</a> in all fields of neurovascular disease for health care professionals.</p>
